Question:   Do estimates cost anything?

Answer:   There is no charge for Patterson Autobody to provide you with an estimate on any work we can review on our premises. Just bring the vehicle to our location during our business hours then come into our friendly office to introduce yourself. We can typically provide you with an estimate within minutes. If the vehicle cannot be driven there may be a charge for visiting the vehicle location. If you wish, we can arrange for a towing service to bring the vehicle to us but that would be at the expense of the vehicle owner or their insurance company. You may also FAX us a photograph of a damaged vehicle but this will likely provide the least accurate estimate.
